Huntersville Family Fitness & Aquaticis hiring full-timeand part-time seasonal gateattendant positions! As a Gate Attendant for LIVunLtd at Huntersville Family Fitness &Aquaticsyou are expected to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously, while also delivering a high level of customer service and providing safe facilities. We are looking for energetic can-do attitudes.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure an exceptional level of customer service is being provided to all members, clients, and guests.
• Monitor safety of all members while near the designated facility.
• Monitor guest and member attendance of the designated facility.
• Document and monitor water chemistry of the designated pools.
• Maintain a superiorly clean pool area, while also helping the overall facility maintain standards of cleanliness.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized facility equipment and additional items.
• Reportany problems to the supervisor and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Respond to member and guest inquiries in a timely manner, with accurate and thorough information.
• Always exceed members expectations and needs.
• Wear location approved uniform.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities specific to the location / building and upon the request of your manager.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be at least 15 years old
• Must have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• Must have excellent customer service skills and a positive, friendly attitude
• Must be a team player
• Ability to observe interactions between members and guests to ensure incidents do not arise
• Ability to work in high-temperature conditions and stand for prolonged periods of time
• Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Flexibility to work days, nights,weekends, and holidays to meet business needs as requested.
