Medellin - Sales Development Representative at MySavant.ai – Sabaneta, Antioquia

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for driving top-of-funnel growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities. This role focuses on outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and booking discovery meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research target accounts and decision-makers within assigned industries or territories.
• Execute outbound prospecting strategies through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other digital channels
• Create new opportunities and leads with the support of outbound marketing campaigns, sales sequences and follow-up calls to schedule discovery meetings.
• Facilitate initial discovery call meetings between prospective clients and sales representatives.
• Follow all internal processes and procedures established to generate and document lead opportunities.
• Create and maintain weekly reporting documents and pipeline management data.
• Maintain ongoing knowledge of products, services, competitors, and market trends.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly activity and opportunity generation targets.

Requirements: Experience, Education & Skills

• Minimum of 1 year of of experience in sales, business development, or outbound prospecting.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with operational CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
• Experience in B2B and/or B2C sales environments.
• Experience selling to U.S. or international customers.
• Ability to articulately craft and write outreach emails and process documents.
• Attention to detail and advance organizational skills.
