About the Role:

We are seeking an Evening Janitorial for our restaurant located in Batley's Grill Bar_a.k.a. G.Round, GRDN. As an Evening Janitorial, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant after hours. Your main goal will be to ensure that our guests have a pleasant and hygienic dining experience. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, and your attention to detail will be crucial to the success of our restaurant.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in janitorial or custodial work
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Good communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment
• Flexible schedule

Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize all surfaces in the restaurant, including floors, tables, chairs, and restrooms
• Empty trash and recycling bins
• Restock supplies in restrooms and dining areas
• Report any maintenance or repair issues to management
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Skills:

As an Evening Janitorial, you will use your attention to detail and ability to work independently to ensure that our restaurant is clean and hygienic for our guests. You will also use your good communication skills to report any maintenance or repair issues to management. Your knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment will be beneficial in performing your duties efficiently. Additionally, your ability to lift and move heavy equipment will be useful in restocking supplies and moving furniture. Finally, your flexible schedule will allow you to work evenings and weekends, which are our busiest times.
