Now Hiring: Outside Services Staff
Location: The Golf Club at Champions Circle, Fort Worth

Essential Responsibilities

• Serve bottled beer, non-alcoholic beverages, and snacks.

• Collect payment for food and drinks in accordance with cash-handling procedures.

• Order and requisition liquor and food supplies as needed.

• Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner.

• Recognize and resolve guest complaints and concerns promptly.

• Ensure compliance with alcohol service laws, including verifying guests are 21 or older before dispensing alcoholic beverages.

• Maintain beverage and snack displays to ensure quality and attractiveness.

• Stock and replenish the beverage cart during and after each shift.

• Report to work on time, in proper uniform, and ready for scheduled shifts.

• Comply with all company policies and procedures related to this position.

• Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Skills & Abilities

• Basic arithmetic skills for totaling costs and making change.

• Strong communication skills to interact with guests and identify their needs.

• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time.

• Manual dexterity to handle items such as dishes, money, and merchandise.

• Ability to lift and carry heavy items such as trays (up to 25 lbs).

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Physical Demands

• Light Work: Exerting up to 25 lbs occasionally, up to 10 lbs frequently, and a negligible amount constantly.

• Frequent walking, standing, stooping, and kneeling.

• Regularly required to drive an electric cart, sit, and use hands and fingers to handle items.

Environmental Conditions

• Primarily an outdoor position with no effective protection from weather.

• Work is considered “outside” if 75% or more of the time is spent outdoors.
