Construction Project Manager Lead Large-Scale Commercial & Hospitality Builds
Job OverviewCompany: KOR Building Group LLC.
Salary/Pay Rate: $100,000 - $150,000 per year plus Performance Bonus.
Location: Main Office (In person - Las Vegas, NV).
Job/Employment Type: Full-Time.
Schedule: Monday - Friday (Salaried).
Project Scope: Hospitality, Retail, Medical, Schools, and Government (Local & Federal).
Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: Valid Driver's License.
You will take the helm of high-profile commercial projects, driving them from pre-construction through to final close-out. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will manage resources, budgets, and timelines for a growing company that values your individual expertise. How You Will Make an ImpactOrchestrate the full project lifecycle by driving resource allocation, pre-construction setup, and project buyouts to maximize profitability.
Mastermind comprehensive construction schedules and productivity management systems to ensure every deadline is met with precision.
Supervise the creation and execution of detailed Scopes of Work (SOW) and maintain rigorous job cost analysis throughout the build.
Coordinate seamless communication between clients, field superintendents, and office staff to keep all stakeholders aligned on project progress.
Manage the submittal process and material handling while overseeing subcontractor performance and contractual compliance.
Evaluate and execute change orders and logs, ensuring all documentation is accurate and project budgets remain balanced.
Direct project teams toward measurable KPIs, ensuring that quality standards and safety protocols are never compromised.
Minimum of 7 years of commercial construction project management experience.
Associates Degree in Construction Management, Business, or a related field.
Proven track record of managing projects in the $1M - $10M+ range within the commercial, government, and hospitality or retail sectors.
Expert-level knowledge of blueprints, architectural plans, and project estimates.
Advanced proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Excel, and scheduling software (P6 or similar).
High intensity of purpose with a motivation to lead, win, and over-communicate with clients.
Bachelors Degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
Project Management Professional (PMP) or other recognized PM certifications.
OSHA 30 Certification.
Experience with Foundation Software Accounting or Building Connected.
Local experience in the Las Vegas commercial construction market.
