2nd Shift Foam Machine Specialist Print Technician at Morrison Cup Solutions LLC – Edmond, Oklahoma

We are seeking a dedicated, reliable mechanically inclined individual to support the Production Department of Morrison Cup Solutions. The Schedule alternates on a two-week schedule: Week 1 Monday – Thursday, 4pm – 4am Week 2 Tuesday – Thursday 4pm – 4am Occasional Overtime No weekends!

Job responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

· Make plates, mix inks, and understand capabilities for assigned machines

· Set machines and new jobs as required

· Adhere to defined machine runtime and speed targets

· Verify quality print is as expected and matches sample

· Work in a fast-paced dynamic environment

· Pay close attention to detail

· Work with a sense of urgency and timeliness to complete machine setups and jobs

· Verify print and cup quality is as expected and matches sample and specifications

· Responsible for tracking production and material usage of iPad

· Ability to complete minor repairs as required and complete Operator level Preventive Maintenance

The Machine Specialist must possess the following qualities:

· Have an understanding of manufacturing/machine operations

· Dependable (must be at work on time)

· Must be mechanically inclined

· Must have basic knowledge of general tools and their uses

· Excellent communication skills

· Able to do simple math

· Pallet jack and forklift experience a plus
