What You’ll Do:
- Be a warm, empathetic first point of contact for seniors and their loved ones
- Listen deeply and offer tailored solutions with compassion and care
- You’ll spend most of your day on the phone, guiding families through options and documenting next steps in our CRM. You’ll balance empathy with efficiency to help as many people as possible.
- Keep accurate and thoughtful records of conversations and services provided
- Collaborate with your team to continually improve and grow
- Stay current through regular training and development opportunities
- Always reflect our core values: compassion, excellence, and respect
What You Bring:
- Strong ability to guide conversations, ask probing questions, and help families make informed decisions
- Bachelor’s degree, college coursework, or equivalent of 2 years of professional experience in social work, customer service, sales, healthcare, or senior living strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Comfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities at once
- Weekend availability
