Front Desk/Concierge (Part-time) at Mansions Management Company – Lawrenceville, Georgia

The Role

The Concierge provides five star customer service to residents and guests primarily in the front lobby area. As Concierge, you will demonstrate excellent telephone etiquette, create and maintain a positive atmosphere of warmth and hospitality, all while interacting with individuals courteously and professionally.

The Ideal Candidate

Are you a multitasker extraordinaire? Do you enjoy helping others solve problems? Are you able to follow instructions precisely? Do you have a passion for working with the aging population? If so, this may be the role for you!

Requirements

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Must demonstrate proficiency with office machines, i.e., fax, copier, multiline phone system, etc.
• Must be dependable.
• Must demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.

Schedule

• Part-time
• 4 pm to midnight
