This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional to drive enterprise growth within the fast-evolving LegalTech and SaaS ecosystem. As a (Senior) Enterprise Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in generating and qualifying high-value leads while engaging with senior decision-makers across large global organizations. Working closely with senior sales leaders and founders, you will help shape outreach strategies and expand market presence. The position involves direct interaction with C-level executives and legal leadership teams, requiring strong communication and strategic prospecting skills. You will contribute to building a robust sales pipeline through targeted outreach and data-driven lead generation. This is an ideal role for candidates eager to grow within a high-growth international environment while gaining exposure to enterprise-level sales cycles.
Conduct proactive outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and other channels to generate qualified enterprise leads.
Develop and execute targeted cold outreach campaigns to engage decision-makers and introduce solutions.
Qualify prospects through discovery conversations and schedule meetings for senior sales executives.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of outreach activities, leads, and pipeline progress within CRM systems.
Collaborate closely with enterprise account executives to refine messaging, outreach strategies, and targeting approaches.
Analyze outreach performance and prospect engagement data to continuously improve lead generation strategies.
Support sales initiatives by preparing documentation, presentations, and prospect insights for internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience in sales or business development within a B2B SaaS environment.
Native-level proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales automation tools.
Experience using lead generation and prospecting tools such as Apollo, ZoomInfo, Email Verifier, or similar platforms.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns and tasks simultaneously.
Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate performance metrics and optimize sales processes.
Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
Additional language skills such as German or Japanese are a plus.
Interest or prior exposure to the LegalTech industry is an advantage.
