This role offers a unique opportunity to shape community engagement and advocate experience for a mission-driven healthcare organization. As an Advocate Marketing Specialist, you will design, promote, and execute virtual and in-person events that strengthen advocate connections, foster a sense of belonging, and drive retention. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful experiences, manage event logistics, and analyze outcomes to continuously improve programs. This position is ideal for a creative, highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced, start-up environment and is passionate about building community and empowering advocates.
Plan, promote, and execute a full calendar of virtual and in-person advocate community events.
Manage end-to-end event execution, including budgeting, vendor coordination, contracts, and on-site logistics.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders across Clinical Operations, Advocate Recruiting, and Leadership.
Monitor and report on key metrics such as advocate satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
Continuously identify opportunities to enhance event experiences and advocate community programs.
Support the development of marketing strategies to drive awareness, participation, and long-term engagement.
Requirements:
4–6 years of experience in events coordination, community management, experiential marketing, or related roles, preferably in venture-backed technology or consumer startups.
Proven ability to plan and execute events with high attention to detail, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related discipline preferred.
Self-starter with high autonomy and a vision for community-building through events.
Bonus: Experience building and engaging communities of 1099 or contract-based advocates.
Must be based in the United States.
