What You’ll DoAs a Quality Technician II, you will partner closely with engineering, production, and inspection teams to ensure product conformity and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and maintain inspection plans for receiving, in-process, first article, and final inspections.
- Program and operate vision inspection systems (Keyence and similar equipment).
- Inspect materials, components, and finished products using blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Support quality management system (QMS) activities and continuous improvement efforts.
- Assist with CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) and non-conforming material processes.
- Train team members on inspection methods, equipment, and procedures.
- Create bubble drawings and support GD&T interpretation.
- Perform statistical analysis, including capability studies and Gage R&R.
- Ensure gages and equipment are properly calibrated and maintained.
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2+ years of quality experience in a precision machining or manufacturing environment
- Experience with mechanical inspection and gaging techniques
- Hands-on experience with Keyence LM-1000 or similar vision systems
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
- Experience in aerospace, medical, or other regulated industries
- Programming experience with CMM, Micro-Vu, or similar systems

Compensation is determined based on a variety of factors related to the specific position. These may include skills, relevant experience, education, internal equity, business needs, and local market conditions. While the full range is shared for transparency, offers are rarely made at the minimum or maximum of the range.
