Senior Procurement Analyst

This role offers the opportunity to provide strategic and operational support for procurement and sourcing processes, leveraging expertise in D365 procure-to-pay systems. You will serve as a subject matter expert and data steward, ensuring data integrity, system optimization, and process efficiency across procurement operations. The position involves cross-functional collaboration, vendor management, and analytical reporting to drive continuous improvement. You will also support procurement training, develop process automation, and provide guidance to internal teams and vendors. Operating in a fast-paced, remote environment, this role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals with strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The Senior Procurement Analyst contributes directly to the efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of procurement workflows while fostering transparency and compliance across the organization.

Accountabilities:
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for D365 Procurement & Sourcing (P&S) and Product Information Management (PIM) master data, ensuring data accuracy and system optimization.

  • Manage procurement data, including cleaning, integration, testing, and ongoing maintenance of internal and external catalogs, categories, workflows, and posting profiles.

  • Analyze master data requests, identify process improvements, and implement solutions to enhance system efficiency and compliance.

  • Develop and report on procurement compliance, data quality metrics, and vendor setup processes.

  • Support procurement communications, training, and documentation, including management of SharePoint, Microsoft Forms, PowerPlatform, and other tools for process transparency.

  • Assist internal teams and vendors with procurement system issues, P2P process adherence, and invoice-related inquiries.

  • Identify automation opportunities, propose process improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • 5+ years of experience in procurement operations, sourcing, or related analytical roles; 3+ years preferred in retail, manufacturing, or logistics environments.

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, procurement systems, Microsoft Office, and SharePoint.

  • Analytical and detail-oriented with proficiency in data management, reporting, and process improvement.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to provide guidance across internal and external stakeholders.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and drive initiatives to completion in a dynamic environment.

  • Demonstrated initiative, flexibility, and customer service orientation.
