About the Role
Bosch’s Anderson manufacturing facility is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead operations within the finishing department on 3rd shift. This role is responsible for supervising production associates, ensuring safety and quality standards are met, and driving productivity to meet daily production targets.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys developing teams, improving processes, and solving problems on the production floor.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise production associates to ensure a safe and productive work environment
Monitor shift performance and ensure production targets for safety, quality, and output are achieved
Coordinate daily production schedules to meet customer delivery requirements
Train, coach, and mentor employees to improve performance and support team development
Conduct performance evaluations and address employee relations matters when needed
Communicate expectations, feedback, and operational updates with the team
Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, quality, and logistics teams to resolve equipment or production issues
Identify opportunities for cost reduction, efficiency improvements, and productivity gains
Ensure compliance with safety policies, quality standards, and manufacturing procedures
Monitor production metrics and ensure accurate reporting of shift data
Support continuous improvement initiatives including lean manufacturing and 5S activities
Promote strong communication and collaboration between shifts and departments
Supervisory or team leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to analyze production performance and address operational challenges quickly
Experience working with manufacturing KPIs such as productivity, efficiency, or equipment performance
Ability to mentor employees and drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field
Experience with Lean Manufacturing, PDCA, or continuous improvement methodologies
Knowledge of production equipment, manufacturing processes, and troubleshooting techniques
