Pay: $14-$15.00 per hour

We’re looking for energetic, personable individuals who enjoy conversation, problem-solving, and delivering exceptional service. As a Member Services Representative, you’ll be one of the friendly voices our members rely on when planning vacations, booking reservations, and getting the most out of their membership.

What You’ll Do

Answer and handle incoming telephone calls, routing them appropriately when needed

Assist members and guests with reservations and information requests

Gather all required information for each booking

Maintain strong relationships with our members

Deliver professional, high-quality customer service in every interaction

Resolve minor conflicts or misunderstandings with members and guests

Follow and comply with all company policies and written communications

What We’re Looking For

High school diploma (or equivalent)

At least 1 year of customer service experience (hotel or resort guest service experience is a plus)

A positive, enthusiastic team player who enjoys helping others

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to stay organized, self-motivated, and use time effectively

Willingness to learn our business and think critically to help solve member concerns
