Server/Bartender - Seasonal at Founders Brewing Co. – Grand Rapids, Michigan

We’re looking for experienced servers and bartenders who can keep pace, stay sharp, and deliver exceptional guest experiences when volume is at its highest.

What We’re Looking For

This is a seasonal, part-time Server/Bartender position requiring ability to work both behind the bar and on the floor. This role is ideal for outgoing seasoned professionals who know their craft, enjoy variety, and perform well in fast-paced, high-traffic environments where teamwork, awareness, and hustle matter.

You’re calm in chaos, quick on your feet, and know how to prioritize through crowds. Loud, busy, and fast-moving shifts don’t rattle you – in fact, this is where you thrive.

Qualifications

2+ years of serving/bartending experience required, with a focus on high-volume, fast-past environments

General knowledge of craft beer, wine, and cocktails preferred

Ability to multitask, stay organized, and perform under pressure

Must be at least 21 years of age

Must have scheduling flexibility, including nights and weekends

ServSafe Alcohol certification (or similar responsible alcohol service cortication) preferred

Familiarity monitoring customer behavior to ensure responsible alcohol consumption

Comfortable working in higher noise levels due to live music and customer traffic
