EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• License RN with two years of direct patient care experience in an acute care hospital setting and/or one year of case management experience in insurance or managed care environment.
• Must demonstrate excellent communication and problem solving skills along with the ability to multi-task. Must be flexible in work hours.
• Computer knowledge and PC keyboarding skills required.
