The Influencer Partnerships Vetting Coordinator will work closely with internal teams to research, review, and document influencer content, translating Japanese-language material into English as needed. This role is ideal for an early-career professional with a strong attention to detail, interest in social media and digital marketing, and the ability to manage high-volume tasks efficiently. You will contribute directly to the success of influencer campaigns while gaining hands-on experience with global entertainment, retail, and gaming clients. The environment is collaborative, dynamic, and fast-paced, offering exposure to creative strategies and digital campaign workflows. This engagement is a full-time, 2-week project requiring a dedicated commitment of 40 hours per week.

Accountabilities:

Review and vet high volumes of Japanese-language influencer content for brand safety and competitive alignment.
Translate influencer content from Japanese to English to support campaign evaluation.
Research, evaluate, and document potential influencer partners according to campaign criteria.
Follow established workflows and meet deadlines for all deliverables.
Track assigned tasks and provide regular updates on project status.
Collaborate with internal teams to support project execution and ensure quality outcomes.

Requirements:

Fluency in both Japanese and English, written and verbal.
Some experience or exposure to influencer marketing, social media, digital marketing, or a related field (internships and academic experience welcome).
Strong understanding of existing and emerging social media platforms.
