About the Role:
As a Telecommunications Cybersecurity Program Manager supporting our federal government client, you will serve as a senior leader responsible for overseeing complex telecommunications and cybersecurity initiatives within a mission-critical 4G and 5G public safety broadband environment. This role blends strategic program management, cybersecurity oversight, and federal stakeholder coordination to ensure secure, compliant, and high-performing telecommunications operations.
The ideal candidate brings deep telecommunications program experience, strong cybersecurity acumen, and the ability to translate complex technical and operational findings into actionable recommendations for executive and federal stakeholders. You will operate in a high-visibility oversight environment, ensuring alignment across technical teams, agency leadership, and partner organizations.

You will work as part of a primarily remote team, with occasional in-person meetings at headquarters locations in Washington, DC; Reston, VA; Arlington, VA; or Boulder, CO.

Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Conduct special analysis, reports, surveys, inquiries, and evaluations regarding administrative matters using procurement, financial, or any other Government systems.
- Develop and maintain detailed project management plans that identify:
- Project Scope and Objectives
- Project Schedule and Milestones
- Resource Management Plan
- Stakeholder Management Plan
- Quality Assurance Plan
- Action Item Registers
- Document management and Governance Repository
- Prepare oral and written reports and presentations; that present clear, concise and effective, analytical results or evaluations and studies performed and provide staff support for formal presentations.
- Evaluate opportunities for improvements in management systems, present advice and recommendations for review and implementation.
- Assist in being the liaison for various Federal Agencies providing support to the Agency’s Memorandum of:
- Understanding (MOU)/Interagency Agency Agreements (IAA).
- Conduct special analysis, reports, surveys, inquiries, and evaluations regarding administrative matters using procurement, financial, or any other Government systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across technical and program teams in a federal oversight environment

You will work as part of a primarily remote team, with occasional in-person meetings at headquarters locations in Washington, DC; Reston, VA; Arlington, VA; or Boulder, CO.
Required Experience/Skills:
- 10+ years of program management experience leading telecommunications programs supporting public safety or similar technical environments
- Demonstrated project management expertise in lifecycle management, milestone development, deliverable tracking, and identifying dependencies.
- Experience in leadership and strategic program management, budgeting and financial oversight, stakeholder engagement (executives, government, cross-functional teams).
- Demonstrated experience in risk identification and mitigation, and schedule management with integrated master schedules
- Current PMP certification
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Project, Word, and Excel
- Proven ability to work in team environments and manage multiple stakeholders
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and proactive issue resolution skills
- US citizenship or permanent resident and the ability to pass public trust clearance or suitability
