You will thrive in a high-performance culture that values transparency, accountability, and continuous learning.
Accountabilities:
  • Prepare lead schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documentation for month-end and balance sheet reporting.
  • Post and manage journals, including accruals, adjustments, and complex financial asset entries.
  • Oversee daily financial operations, including corporate expenses, accounts payable, and payment processing.
  • Reconcile intercompany transactions and manage multi-entity accounting processes across global operations.
  • Support regulatory and statutory reporting, including preparation of data for financial regulators and tax authorities.
  • Act as a key contributor during internal and external audits, providing documentation and explanations as required.
  • Perform regular balance sheet reviews to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance.

Requirements:
  • Recognized professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or CPA.
  • 35 years of experience in corporate accounting, audit, fintech, or regulated financial services environments.
  • Proven experience preparing and submitting regulatory financial returns, including liquidity and capital adequacy reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards.
  • Advanced proficiency with NetSuite and Excel, alongside modern financial and collaboration tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain financial data clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
  • Ability to work during European core business hours, with a dedicated workspace and reliable high-speed internet.

Benefits:
  • Fully remote work environment with the flexibility to work from anywhere.
  • Competitive compensation package aligned with experience and location.
  • Flexible working hours and generous paid time off policy.
  • Global health coverage and wellbeing support.
  • Annual learning and development budget for courses, certifications, and conferences.
  • High-trust, collaborative culture with strong focus on autonomy and professional growth.
