Apprenticeship at the headquarters in Suresnes (92).

YOUR MISSIONS

Within the Group Supply Chain Department and reporting to the Group Business Process Owner S&OP, you will support the End to End Supply Chain Capabilities team of the Group Supply Chain Department.
You will contribute to the deployment of the S&Op Process (Sales and Operations Planning) of the Supply Chain functions centrally and locally, particularly for the Master Planning and Distribution Planning communities.
Here are the tasks that will be entrusted to you:

• Coordination and Monitoring of the S&OP Process: Ensure the proper execution of the S&Op process for the Supply Planning team – particularly on the SRM (Supply Review Meeting) part.
• Animation of the Supply Planning Community: Participate and assist the BPOs in animating the Supply Chain communities: organize monthly meetings, listen to planners and their challenges to develop solutions in line with the Group's processes.
• Consolidation, Monitoring, and Animation of KPIs for Supply Chain: Implement Analytics tools like Power Bi, gather business needs, monitor the development of reports with Data / Analytics teams, ensure the delivery of reports, and resolve incidents on existing reports.
• Support for Teams on Planning Tools: Support the Supply Planning teams on existing planning tools (JDA / SAP IBP), understand business challenges, gather needs, and monitor developments with the IT team.
• Participation in Continuous Improvement Projects: Participate in the continuous improvement of Master Planning and Distribution Planning processes. Assist planners on their continuous improvement projects (Stock Projection, exception work, implementation of new planning processes, updating safety stock levels,...) – deploy global processes locally.

YOUR PROFILE

• You are a Master's 1 or Master's 2 student, trained at a business school, engineering school, or equivalent university. A specialization in Purchasing or Supply Chain is a plus.
• With good interpersonal skills, you put the customer first and constantly seek to improve customer satisfaction.
• You are rigorous and known for your organizational skills and high-quality follow-up.
• Your analytical mind enables you to produce clear and concise reports.
• You are fluent in English.
