Construction Installation Technician - Wisconsin at HySafe – Milwaukee, Wisconsin

HySafe is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join as Construction Installation Technician, a critical role overseeing a team in the installation of fall protection systems at worksites across the United States.

WHAT THE ROLE DOES:

• Organize, supervise, lead and train employees to complete installation projects within guidelines.
• Interpret and communicate project specifications to team/contractors, enforce safety regulations and resolve any work or personnel-related issues.
• Understand project scope, with thorough preparation to ensure a successful and safe installation.
• Assist managers with inspections and reports, to verify work conforms to specifications and schedules.
• Initiate any repair or replacements needed, or adjustments of procedures.
• Maintain excellent customer relationships, ensuring project details are consistently communicated.
• Travel up to 100% of the time, frequently outside of local area.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

• High School diploma or GED.
• 4 years construction field experience.
• Experience with power tools and possess personal set of hand tools used for installation projects.
• Previous experience working at heights up to 100 feet (preferred).
• Strong communication skills with comfort interacting directly and professionally with customers, project managers, subcontractors, operations, sales, and other team members.
• Highly ethical, positive cultural addition, self-motivated.
