About This Position
Furniture and Appliance Delivery Driver
RC Willey is seeking a dedicated and reliable delivery driver to join our team and play a key role in delivering top-quality service. In this fast-paced, rewarding role, you’ll be responsible for safely delivering furniture, appliances, and other products to customers’ homes, all while ensuring exceptional service. We’re looking for hardworking, customer-focused individuals who are committed to making an impact and upholding RC Willey’s commitment to excellence.
Compensation during the first approximate 4-month period will be paid a training wage of $25 per hour, and can earn more based on performance after the training period concludes.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate a box truck or other Company vehicle
- Inspect merchandise for damage before loading item for delivery
- Examine and inspect merchandise for any damage and defects
- Safely maneuver heavy and awkward merchandise
- Provide outstanding customer service when delivering merchandise
- Resolve problems encountered during deliveries
- All other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 100lbs on a regular basis
- Able to work as a team and independently to meet goals
- Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver license and good driving history
- Drivers are required to obtain a DOT Medical Card within 90 days of employment
- Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
Helpful but not required
- Previous experience in delivery, warehousing, or a similar physical role
- Familiarity with basic tools and equipment for assembling or handling products
- A strong track record of providing excellent customer service
