Overview
We are seeking a talented and motivated full time on site Videographer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in producing, editing, and delivering high-quality video content for a corporate marketing environment. The ideal candidate will blend technical video production skills with a solid eye for design to create compelling narratives that support brand, product, and thought leadership initiatives. In addition to videography and editing, the candidate should bring graphic design experience to support motion graphics, titling, and brand-consistent visuals.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, shoot, and edit a variety of video content including corporate explainers, product demos, customer stories, event coverage, social media clips, and internal communications.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Communications, Product, and Sales teams to understand objectives, audience, and messaging; translate concepts into engaging video deliverables.
• Develop storyboards, shot lists, scripts, and production schedules; manage timelines and deliverables from concept to final cut.
• Operate camera equipment (DSLR/mirrorless, cinema cameras, lenses, lighting) and capture high-quality audio on set; troubleshoot on-location issues.
• Edit video using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro); color correct, grade, and mix audio; apply motion graphics and on-screen text.
• Create and refine motion graphics, lower thirds, titles, and simple animations to enhance storytelling and brand consistency.
• Design and produce related graphics and assets (thumbnails, social creatives, infographics) using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
• Ensure all video content adheres to brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and legal/compliance requirements; manage rights, releases, and archiving.
• Collaborate with Marketing on video distribution strategy across website, YouTube, social media, email campaigns, and paid media; optimize for SEO and engagement.
• Maintain organized project files, asset management, and version control; provide rough cuts for feedback and deliver final exports in multiple formats and aspect ratios.
• Stay current with industry trends, equipment, and best practices; propose new formats and innovative approaches to storytelling.
• Assist with on-location shoots, events, and internal communications as needed; support other creative projects as capacity allows.
Required Qualifications
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in video production, editing, and post-production within a corporate, agency, or media environment.
• Demonstrated portfolio featuring corporate videos, product explainers, customer stories, and promotional content.
• Proficient in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) with strong color correction and audio mixing skills.
• Experience creating motion graphics and basic animations (After Effects; knowledge of Illustrator/Photoshop is a plus).
• Solid understanding of lighting, camera operation, and sound recording for on-location shoots.
• Strong eye for composition, storytelling, pacing, and visual branding.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines; excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Basic graphic design skills with an ability to create and adapt visuals to maintain brand consistency.
• Knowledge of accessibility considerations for video (captioning, readable typography) is a plus.
• Familiarity with asset management, file naming conventions, and version control.
• Bachelor’s degree in Film/Video Production, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field is preferred but not required with strong demonstrable experience.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with 3D graphics or more advanced motion design.
• Experience producing content for global or multi-language audiences.
• Knowledge of marketing analytics and performance measurement for video (views, watch time, engagement).
• Photography skills and equipment knowledge for B-roll and stills that accompany video content.
• Experience with on-brand social media video formats (short-form, reels, TikTok/LinkedIn formats).
