About This Position
VP of Growth, Latam
The Vice President of Growth, LATAM, will be pivotal in driving our market expansion, preparing strategies for scaling Brazil and Mexican markets. This is a high-impact role where your expertise will directly influence our regional performance and overall success.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead new client acquisitions within our Adlook Outcomes offering.- Enhance customer satisfaction and maintain high levels of service delivery.
- Drive customer retention and ensure continuous collaboration.
- Increment ad spend for individual clients.
- Manage negotiations and signings of Joint Business Plans with advertisers.
- Secure and execute trading deals with agency partners.
- Oversee the sales team, fostering an environment of growth and achievement.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive annual business plan for the market.
- Significantly increase the number of brands collaborating with Adlook.
- Maintain a low client churn and a high satisfaction (Net Promoter Score).
- Amplify overall market revenue.
