HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST POSITION SUMMARY:
The Human Resources Specialist is responsible for providing support to all company personnel with emphasis on employee relations, grievances, training, and leadership support. This role also includes administration of all human resources activities in compliance with company policy, standards of performance, and legal requirements. The Human Resources Specialist must lead by example, adhering to all policies and procedures contained in the manuals issued by VitalCore Health Strategies, and collaborate with other recruitment and HR team members. The Human Resources department assists with a dynamic range of functions, from employee relations, onboarding, administrative tasks, benefits management, communicating and supporting change management, maintaining accurate HR data entry, ensuring compliance with employment labor law and OSHA standards, and company policies.
HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of work related experience in Human Resources.
- Managed experience in HR services and supported complex administrative workflows for a large-scale state health system with a workforce of 1,000 + preferred.
- Basic knowledge of employee leave, labor law, and administrative HR processes.
- Experience working with ADP or comparable HRIS software preferred.
- Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, and other software.

- Full-Time, Salary, Monday - Friday
