We’re looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join RYSE!

As a Leasing Consultant, you’ll be the heart of the community — welcoming new residents, managing leases, and ensuring everyone loves where they live. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love connecting with people, and take pride in delivering outstanding service, this could be your next great opportunity!

What You’ll Do
Greet and assist prospective residents — from tours to move-ins.
Manage leasing paperwork, renewals, and CRM updates.
Support resident relations and help plan community events.
Keep the property looking its best and support day-to-day operations.
Stay informed on market trends and assist with community marketing efforts.
Maintain compliance with company policies and ensure resident files are accurate and confidential.

What You Bring
High school diploma required.
1+ year of customer service or sales experience (leasing experience preferred).
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (OneSite or similar preferred).
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and current auto insurance required
