About This Position
SALES MANAGER – AUTOMOTIVE
Location: Hudson Valley, New York
Compensation: $130,000 – $200,000 + monthly commissions
A stable, Auto dealership with multiple locations in the Hudson Valley is seeking a Sales Manager – Automotive (New & Used Vehicles). This is a high-income opportunity within a high-volume dealership environment averaging 50–60 new and used vehicle sales per month. Add your leadership and additional rewards are there.
Qualifications:
• Proven track record is an absolute must
• Experience in a high-volume automotive dealership required
• Experience with domestic (U.S.) automotive brands truly preferred: GM brands such as Chevrolet, Buick, Cadillac
• Bilingual a plus, but not necessary
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervision of the sales department
• Sales of new and used vehicles
• Team building and training
• Process development and execution
• Accountability and growth
• Manage staff of 6–8 salespersons
• Responsibility for 1 BDC person and 1 Business Manager
• Average new and used vehicle sales are 50–60 per month
