Accountabilities

Partner with Sales and Customer Success to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Lead technical discovery to map customer workflows and identify automation opportunities.
Build and optimize AI agents, configuring workflows and tuning agent behavior.
Own integrations between AI agents and customer systems using middleware and iPaaS platforms.
Drive successful implementations end-to-end, ensuring smooth go-lives.
Enable customer teams to manage and improve their AI agents.
Gather insights on customer deployments to inform Product and Engineering teams.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Solutions Architect or Implementation Engineer.
Hands-on experience with AI/LLM-powered solutions and prompt engineering.
Strong technical credibility to lead discussions and tackle integration challenges.
Experience with middleware platforms, iPaaS tools, and REST APIs.
Proven track record managing enterprise customer engagements.
Exceptional communication skills to bridge technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Attention to detail and a focus on customer outcomes.
