We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Department Manager to lead and grow our electric division. This position is responsible for technician leadership, financial oversight, job performance, safety compliance, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

• $85,000 base salary
• Up to $12,000 per year in performance-based bonuses

• Supervise, coach, and develop electricians, apprentices, and foremen
• Enforce company safety policies and ensure full compliance with electrical codes and OSHA standards
• Oversee departmental budgeting and financial performance
• Review and approve purchase orders and material expenditures
• Provide rapid response and leadership support for job site issues
• Ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to company quality standards
• Manage scheduling, manpower allocation, and workflow efficiency
• Handle escalated customer concerns and deliver outstanding customer service
• Monitor KPIs including revenue, profitability, and productivity
• Partner with leadership to drive department growth and process improvement
  

• Strong electrical background with hands-on field experience
• Proven leadership experience supervising electricians and field teams
• Solid understanding of NEC codes and safety compliance
• Experience managing budgets and controlling job costs
• 10 years of electric experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Organized, accountable, and results-driven
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
