Compliance Coordinator I

Daily Responsibilities:

• Process of new applicants (entire process)
• Ensure driver application meets FMCS & SEIDS compliance qualification
• Request vendor codes
• Review expire lists for upcoming expire issues and send letters to drivers
• Process driver terminations
• Proactively audit processes, practices and documents
• Conduct investigations, following company's policies and procedures
• Identify potential risks, advise management as needed
• Maintain regulatory knowledge
• Review and update internal policies
• Be a positive self-starter, managing time and resources effectively

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of college or equivalent in law, business management or related field
• Two years of experience as compliance officer
• Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
• Good knowledge of legal requirements and procedures
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
