Data Entry Operator at Supply Chain – Lawton, Oklahoma

The core responsibilities of this role include: data entry using Microsoft Excel, plan, allocate and pick product, manage scheduling of inbound and outbound shipments and work closely with the Operations Team.

Shift: Night Shift - 7:00pm to 7:00am - Rotating Days Worked
Position will train on day shift the first 30 days before transitioning to night shift.
Pay: $19.50 per hour
Additional Incentives: Attendance Bonus

In addition to the general job description below, the ideal candidate will also possess the following skills and/or experience: a minimum of 1 year previous experience in data entry, preferably in warehouse industry.

Role Purpose:

Operates a data entry device to input lists of items; alphabetic, numeric, or symbolic, into an electronic format. Responsible for entering data in a timely and accurate manner.

Key Accountabilities:

• Collects, reviews, and inputs data into a computer processing system.
• Compares data entered with source documents, or re-enters data in verification format on screen to detect errors.
• Maintains and revises procedural lists, control records and coding schemes to process source data.
• Compiles production/performance data to prepare various reports.
• Input data as requested on a timely basis.
• May respond to customer request for data.

Required Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 0-12 months of system, data entry or reporting experience
• 0-12 months of warehouse experience
