  • Act as a senior client advisor and IT/business liaison across global and cross-functional environments

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry, ideally within consulting or advisory services
  • Strong understanding of the drug development lifecycle and related operational processes
  • Proven experience leading teams, managing complex client engagements, and driving business growth
  • Background in project management, business transformation, or R&D consulting environments
  • Strong skills in stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Word, and Visio
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a global environment

Benefits:

  • Remote and flexible working arrangements
  • Opportunity to work with global, cross-functional teams in a high-impact consulting environment
  • Leadership role with strong influence on strategy, growth, and delivery excellence
  • Exposure to innovative R&D transformation and life sciences advisory projects
  • Travel opportunities up to 50 percent depending on client needs
  • Career growth within a fast-scaling and internationally recognized consulting practice
  • Collaborative, purpose-driven culture focused on learning, innovation, and professional development.
