Sr. Manager, Revenue Operations

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Sr. Manager, Revenue Operations in United States.

This strategic leadership role sits at the core of the go-to-market engine, driving operational excellence across Professional Services and Partnerships. You will be responsible for building the systems, insights, and processes that enable scalable revenue growth, stronger deal velocity, and improved customer outcomes. Acting as a key partner to Services and Partnerships leadership, you will shape how ecosystem-driven revenue is measured, forecasted, and optimized. The role blends strategic planning, analytical rigor, and cross-functional execution across Sales, Finance, Product, and Operations. You will play a critical part in aligning services and partner motions directly to revenue impact and customer value. This is a high-visibility position ideal for a revenue operations leader who thrives in complex, fast-scaling SaaS environments.

Accountabilities:
  • Serve as the primary Revenue Operations partner for Professional Services and Partnerships leadership, shaping strategy and execution across both functions
  • Design and operationalize frameworks to improve services attach rates, partner-sourced pipeline, co-sell effectiveness, and overall revenue influence
  • Lead annual planning, capacity modeling, and coverage design for services delivery and partner ecosystem performance
  • Build forecasting models and dashboards covering services demand, partner contribution, pipeline health, and revenue attribution
  • Optimize end-to-end workflows across sales, services, and partner lifecycle management to improve deal velocity and customer experience
  • Own systems strategy across Salesforce, PSA, PRM, and BI tools, ensuring data integrity and scalable reporting infrastructure
  • Develop compensation and incentive structures aligned to services impact and partner-driven revenue outcomes
  • Partner with Finance to evaluate services economics, partner ROI, and overall go-to-market efficiency

Requirements:

  • 8–12+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy within a SaaS or technology environment
  • Proven experience supporting Professional Services as an attach or delivery function within a revenue organization
  • Strong background working with partner ecosystems including systems integrators, resellers, and technology alliances
  • Deep understanding of deal-based services models, co-sell motions, attribution complexity, and partner lifecycle management
  • Strong technical proficiency with Salesforce, PRM/PSA systems, and BI/analytics tools
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic insights and executive recommendations
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills with experience partnering across Sales, Services, Customer Success, and Partnerships
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and executive leadership
  • Highly strategic, systems-oriented mindset with strong execution discipline

Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary ranging from $157,500 to $205,000, based on experience, skills, and location
  • Eligibility for bonus compensation and potential stock options
  • Comprehensive health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance coverage
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer matching
  • Generous paid time off, paid holidays, and self-care days
  • Paid parental leave and family support programs
  • Flexible remote work environment across the United States
  • Learning and development opportunities, including access to LinkedIn Learning
  • Wellness initiatives, employee resource groups, and regular engagement programs.
