- Conduct consultative sales conversations via video calls with qualified leads and existing clients, focusing on value-driven solutions.
- Perform in-depth pre-sales research to understand client context, industry challenges, and decision-making structures.
- Map stakeholders and decision-makers within accounts to build tailored engagement and closing strategies.
- Deliver structured presentations that connect product capabilities to specific customer pain points and business objectives.
- Manage and maintain an active sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-up and progression of opportunities.
- Lead negotiation and closing processes, turning qualified opportunities into signed contracts.
- Ensure accurate CRM (Salesforce) updates, documenting all interactions and relevant account insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share market feedback and improve sales processes and conversion strategies.
- Solid experience in B2B consultative sales, preferably in SaaS or technology-driven environments.
- Strong knowledge of sales methodologies such as SPIN Selling, objection handling, rapport building, and closing techniques.
- Experience using CRM tools, preferably Salesforce, with strong discipline in pipeline management.
- Ability to manage high-volume pipelines while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills, adaptable to different stakeholder profiles.
- Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and results-oriented mindset.
- Comfort in engaging with decision-makers and conducting strategic business conversations.
- Nice to have: experience with Challenger Sales methodology.
