  • Research and evaluate clinical trials globally, including database searches, evidence review, and direct engagement with trial sites when needed.
  • Collaborate with clinicians in client-facing discussions to present findings, explain options, and support shared decision-making.
  • Develop high-quality patient education materials, including reports, presentations, and visual data tools to support clinical understanding.
Requirements
  • PhD in a scientific, medical, or healthcare-related field with early- to mid-career experience in oncology, including research, clinical, or translational work.
  • Strong expertise in medical literature research, including databases such as PubMed and Google Scholar, with the ability to synthesize complex evidence.
  • Solid understanding of oncology concepts, diagnostics, treatment pathways, and molecular data interpretation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex science into clear, patient-friendly language.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused mindset, with the ability to act as a trusted advisor in sensitive contexts.
  • Highly adaptable, organized, and comfortable working under ambiguity, tight deadlines, and evolving priorities.
  • Collaborative team player capable of working independently while engaging effectively with clinicians, researchers, and external experts.
Benefits
  • Competitive salary range: $135,000 – $140,000 USD
  • Annual performance-based incentive program
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company match
  • Flexible paid time off (PTO)
  • Remote-first work model within the United States
  • Access to specialized healthcare navigation services for employees and dependents
