This role offers the opportunity to engage directly with SMB customers in a high-performing digital sales environment, focusing on driving value, adoption, and revenue growth across a leading suite of creativity and productivity solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them maximise the value of their subscriptions while identifying opportunities for expansion and long-term engagement. The position blends customer success, sales execution, and account management, requiring strong commercial acumen and relationship-building skills. You will work with both new and existing customers, primarily in the North American market, operating in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams to resolve customer issues and enhance overall experience. - Build and maintain value-driven relationships with SMB customers across North America, ensuring strong engagement and long-term retention.
- Develop deep understanding of product offerings to lead meaningful, consultative conversations focused on customer value and growth.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by targeting accounts with high purchase intent and proactively engaging them via phone and email.
- Manage and convert Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) within defined SLAs to support revenue growth objectives.
- Analyse customer contracts, usage data, and purchasing history to identify expansion opportunities and improve account penetration.
- Maintain and manage a structured sales and opportunity pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely reporting to management.
- Collaborate with solution specialists and cross-functional teams to expand product adoption and improve customer experience.
- Support resolution of customer issues related to subscriptions and services by coordinating with internal support teams.
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or inside sales roles, preferably in SaaS or digital solutions.
- Proven ability to manage a large SMB customer portfolio and drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to lead value-based customer conversations.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment with strong focus on performance and outcomes.
- Experience working with CRM systems and sales tools, with strong organisational and pipeline management skills.
- Ability to quickly understand technology products and translate features into customer value.
- Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and documentation discipline.
- Experience working with international customers, particularly North American markets, is preferred.
- Ability to work in US time zones as required by the role.
