The Logistics IT Technical Lead is responsible for driving the integration, planning, and execution of complex technical programs while ensuring alignment with mission objectives and delivery timelines. It involves coordinating system integration efforts, optimizing logistics IT processes, and ensuring high-quality program performance across all phases of delivery. • Lead the planning and execution of logistics IT programs, ensuring alignment with organizational and government objectives.
• Develop and maintain integrated program schedules, roadmaps, and delivery plans across multiple stakeholders and systems.
• Apply systems engineering principles to manage technical integration, performance requirements, and program scope.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks through structured risk management frameworks.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency, cost optimization, and process quality.
• Prepare and deliver technical reports, briefings, and presentations for senior government and industry leadership.
• Provide logistics IT subject matter expertise to support decision-making and program execution.
• Manage competing priorities and ensure timely delivery of high-impact, mission-critical initiatives.
• Communicate effectively across all organizational levels, both internally and externally.

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of professional experience supporting defense or government programs.
• 5+ years of experience in program management or technical leadership roles.
• Strong background in systems engineering, logistics IT, and large-scale program integration.
• Proven experience in risk management, scheduling, and lifecycle program execution.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cost analysis, budgeting, and process improvement initiatives.
• Strong leadership skills with experience guiding cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience presenting to senior leadership.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Defense Secret security clearance.
• Experience with defense acquisition processes and Navy programs is highly desirable.
