This is a rare opportunity for a highly hands-on creative leader to shape and elevate a fast-growing brand while staying deeply involved in the creative execution. You will define and protect the brand identity across all channels, ensuring every touchpoint is visually consistent, commercially effective, and creatively outstanding. Unlike traditional leadership roles, you will actively design and produce key assets yourself while also guiding external creatives when needed. The role blends strategy, design craft, and performance-driven thinking, with a strong focus on growth impact. You will collaborate closely with marketing, growth, and product teams to deliver high-performing creative at speed. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, loves making exceptional work, and constantly pushes creative boundaries.
- Lead the creative direction across all brand touchpoints, including digital channels, campaigns, and customer experiences
- Personally design and produce high-quality assets for social media, paid ads, websites, landing pages, email campaigns, and presentations
- Own and evolve the brand identity, ensuring consistency while continuously improving creative quality and impact
- Create engaging static and motion content, including video assets for paid, organic, and storytelling campaigns
- Design and build landing pages and digital experiences using modern web tools such as Webflow or Framer
- Manage and direct freelancers, agencies, and external creatives while maintaining hands-on involvement in key outputs
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver fast, effective, and performance-driven creative solutions
- Analyse campaign performance and optimise creative based on data, testing, and user insights
- Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and AI-driven creative innovations to continuously elevate output
- Proven experience in a senior creative, brand, or digital design role within a fast-paced environment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both strategic thinking and hands-on execution across multiple digital channels
- Excellent design craft across branding, digital design, motion, advertising, and web experiences
- Strong video editing and motion design skills with experience creating performance-driven content
- Advanced proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience managing freelancers or external creative partners while remaining actively involved in execution
- Strong understanding of branding, storytelling, and visual consistency across platforms
- Ability to balance strategy, execution, and leadership in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
- Highly proactive, commercially minded, and comfortable working with shifting priorities
- Natural curiosity and passion for innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement
- Full-time contract role with remote flexibility (UK or EU-based)
- Occasional in-person collaboration in London
