Finance Manager (DSO/MSO) in Austin, Texas at SLEEP BETTER AUSTIN TREATMENT

Sleep Better Austin is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the financial operations of our growing organization and affiliated entities. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate accounting, timely financial reporting, and maintaining financial health across a complex multi-entity structure. The Finance Manager will oversee all financial records, manage accounts and cash flow, process payroll, maintain journal entries to track financial activity between entities, coordinate with external CPAs, and support the executive team with financial analysis and strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain all financial records in QuickBooks using accrual accounting principles.
• Process payroll accurately and on schedule across all entities.
• Prepare and post journal entries to track and reconcile financial activity between entities.
• Process and track all vendor bills and payments (Accounts Payable).
• Maintain and reconcile bank accounts across all entities (PLLCs, C-Corp, Medical, Dental).
• Transfer funds between entities in accordance with service agreements.
• Oversee and reconcile corporate credit card accounts.
• Manage and track lines of credit and debt service payments.
• Prepare monthly financial statements for leadership review.
• Coordinate with CPA/tax preparer for quarterly and annual filings.
• Assist in building financial models, forecasts, and budgets.
• Provide executive leadership with cash flow analysis and funding strategies.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, company policies, and internal financial controls.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience in multi-entity accounting required.
• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Excel, and financial reporting.
• Background in healthcare, Dental Service Organizations (DSO), or Management Service Organizations (MSO) is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and integrity in handling sensitive financial data.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $85,000 – 110,000/year (commensurate with experience)
• Bonus Eligibility: Performance-based, tied to financial KPIs
