- Drive standardization of reporting logic, processes, and data structures across the organization
- Collaborate closely with local finance teams, Group Accounting, and senior management to ensure alignment
The ideal candidate combines strong financial expertise with analytical depth and experience in complex, fast-moving environments:
- Several years of experience in Group Controlling, FP&A, or Finance Transformation roles
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business insights
- Proven experience in KPI frameworks, reporting systems, and performance management

- Exposure to PE/VC-backed or high-growth environments is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders effectively
- Strong business acumen, structured thinking, and a proactive, hands-on approach
- 30 days of annual vacation
- Hybrid working model with flexible home office arrangements
- Opportunity to shape finance processes in a rapidly growing, PE-backed organization
- High level of ownership and direct impact on group-wide financial strategy
- Regular team events and collaborative working culture
- Transparent communication through regular stand-ups and all-hands meetings
- Occasional travel for workshops and on-site collaboration within Germany
