In this role, you will lead the strategy and execution of high-impact partner marketing programs designed to accelerate pipeline growth and revenue contribution across key strategic alliances. You will own integrated, multi-channel campaigns spanning ABM, demand generation, and partner enablement, ensuring consistent messaging and measurable impact across the funnel. Working cross-functionally with partner teams, field marketing, product marketing, and sales, you will shape joint value propositions and scalable go-to-market initiatives. This is a highly strategic and visible position where data-driven decision-making, experimentation, and innovation are essential. You will also leverage AI-enabled tools and automation to optimize campaign performance and personalize partner engagement at scale. The role requires strong leadership, collaboration, and the ability to translate insights into actionable growth strategies in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of integrated partner marketing campaigns across ABM, inbound, outbound, nurture, and enablement programs to drive pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with partner management teams to define joint value propositions and develop co-marketing initiatives that expand market reach and influence.
  • Align closely with field marketing to support events and regional programs that strengthen brand presence and generate qualified pipeline.
  • Partner with content, creative, and digital teams to ensure consistent messaging and high-impact execution across all partner touchpoints.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using key metrics such as MQLs, pipeline contribution, conversion rates, and bookings to inform optimization and reporting.
  • Leverage data, AI tools, and automation platforms to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and maximize ROI.
  • Implement personalization strategies at scale using AI-driven targeting and content optimization across channels.
  • Mentor and support junior team members by sharing best practices and fostering a culture of accountability, learning, and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in partner marketing, B2B demand generation, integrated campaign management, or segment marketing.
  • Proven experience developing and executing partner marketing strategies and driving cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong background working with revenue marketing, field marketing, sales development, product marketing, and brand teams.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, Salesforce, ABM tools (e.g., 6sense, Sendoso), and data tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, D&B).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience measuring campaign performance and translating data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across senior leadership and external partners.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing funnels, pipeline generation, and revenue attribution models.
  • Experience using AI-enabled marketing tools and a mindset focused on continuous innovation and experimentation.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary ranging approximately from $136,400 to $272,500 depending on location and experience.
  • Annual bonus eligibility based on individual and company performance.
  • Remote-first flexibility within the United States.
  • Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance (varies by location).
  • Paid time off, parental leave, and additional wellness and personal development benefits.
  • Equity opportunities and participation in long-term incentive programs.
  • Access to AI-first tools and a forward-thinking, innovation-driven work environment.
  • Inclusive culture with employee resource groups and strong diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
