It is designed for a senior operator who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and organizational alignment. You will bring structure to complexity, accelerate decision-making, and ensure that strategic priorities translate into measurable outcomes across the customer organization. - Translating strategy into actionable operating plans, milestones, and ownership structures.
- Driving cross-functional execution of key initiatives and ensuring consistent delivery against priorities.
- Preparing executive-level materials that synthesize insights, risks, and recommendations for decision readiness.
- Serving as an integrator across Product, Technology, Sales, Finance, Legal, Operations, and People teams to reduce friction and resolve dependencies.
- Identifying and addressing organizational inefficiencies by improving governance, decision rights, and escalation frameworks.
- Leveraging data, AI, and automation to enhance execution visibility, operational efficiency, and follow-through.
This role requires a seasoned operator with deep experience supporting senior executives and driving large-scale transformation or strategy execution. You will need to demonstrate exceptional analytical ability, structured thinking, and the confidence to influence without formal authority. Strong communication skills and high emotional intelligence are essential to succeed in complex, high-stakes environments. Key qualifications include:
- 10+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, transformation, or general management roles.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Proven success working closely with executive leadership in cross-functional environments.
- Strong ability to translate strategic direction into execution plans and measurable outcomes.
- Excellent executive communication skills, with the ability to distill complexity into clarity.
- High discretion, sound judgment, and comfort operating in ambiguity and sensitive contexts.
- Experience improving operating models, governance structures, and organizational alignment.
- Competitive base salary range of $151,500–$200,500 annually
- Performance-based incentives and restricted stock units
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage
- HSA contribution and matching programs
- Dependent care FSA support
- 401(k) with company match
- Uncapped paid time off and paid parental leave
- Tuition assistance and ongoing professional development support
