• Assist licensed plumbers with residential service, repairs, and installations
• Learn plumbing systems, tools, and trade best practices in the field
• Support job site setup, cleanup, and material handling
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards
• Progress through hands-on and structured training toward licensing

• Strong work ethic and reliability—you show up ready to work
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
• Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced technicians
• Positive attitude and team mindset
• Ability to work in physically demanding environments (lifting, kneeling, climbing)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Bonus (not required):

• Prior construction, mechanical, or trade experience
• Exposure to plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or similar fields
