What You’ll Do- Assist licensed plumbers with residential service, repairs, and installations
- Learn plumbing systems, tools, and trade best practices in the field
- Support job site setup, cleanup, and material handling
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
- Progress through hands-on and structured training toward licensing
- Strong work ethic and reliability—you show up ready to work
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
- Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced technicians
- Positive attitude and team mindset
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments (lifting, kneeling, climbing)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Bonus (not required):
- Prior construction, mechanical, or trade experience
- Exposure to plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or similar fields
