This role is focused on driving commercial growth within a defined territory in the medical devices sector, with responsibility for expanding sales, strengthening customer relationships, and achieving ambitious revenue and margin targets. You will work closely with healthcare professionals, including implantologists and dentists, to identify opportunities, generate demand, and support product adoption in clinical environments. The position requires a strong field presence, combining strategic territory planning with hands-on execution and customer engagement. You will act as a key link between customers and internal teams such as logistics, finance, and customer service to ensure seamless order fulfilment and issue resolution. A strong emphasis is placed on relationship management with key opinion leaders and strategic accounts to ensure long-term business growth. This is a high-impact, performance-driven role in a specialised and competitive healthcare market.
- Drive sales growth by achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and margin targets across the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including dentists, implantologists, and strategic accounts.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through field engagement, market research, and customer visits.
- Provide product demonstrations, clinical support, and assist during live procedures when required.
- Coordinate end-to-end order management by working closely with internal teams such as logistics, finance, and customer service.
- Ensure timely collection of receivables and support account reconciliation in collaboration with finance teams.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular reporting on sales performance and market insights.
- Execute regional business development activities in collaboration with marketing and technical teams.
- Manage customer issues, including replacement processes and urgent order deliveries when necessary.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in medical devices sales or specialty pharmaceutical sales, preferably within an MNC environment.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a field-based commercial role.
- Experience managing large territories with the ability to independently plan travel and sales strategies.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills across clinical and commercial audiences.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and high-value customers.
- Solid understanding of local language and regional market dynamics.
- Postgraduate qualification preferred; background in BDS or business/management is an advantage.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and translate them into action.
