This role is focused on high-volume outbound prospecting within the staffing and recruitment ecosystem, helping connect HR and hiring leaders with a fast-growing, AI-driven hiring platform. You will play a key part in building and accelerating the sales pipeline by engaging decision-makers and securing high-quality meetings for senior sales executives. The environment is fast-paced, KPI-driven, and highly performance-oriented, requiring consistency, discipline, and strong communication skills. You will be expected to manage large-scale outreach activities while maintaining quality conversations that convert into real business opportunities. This position offers direct exposure to senior stakeholders across HR and talent acquisition teams, making it ideal for someone who thrives in structured outbound sales. You will work closely with experienced sales teams, continuously refining messaging, outreach strategies, and conversion tactics.
- Conduct 100–120 outbound calls daily, engaging HR, staffing, and recruitment decision-makers in meaningful conversations
- Generate and book 10–15 qualified sales meetings per week for senior sales representatives
- Identify, research, and engage key stakeholders including HR leaders, talent acquisition heads, and executives
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and CRM updates using tools such as Pipedrive
- Utilize prospecting platforms like ZoomInfo and Microsoft 365 to build targeted outreach lists
- Collaborate with sales teams to improve outreach strategies, messaging, and conversion performance
- Support broader sales initiatives, pipeline generation efforts, and occasional in-person client meetings
- Proven experience in staffing, recruitment, or HR solutions sales or outbound lead generation
- Strong track record of booking qualified meetings that contribute to closed revenue
- Experience in high-volume cold calling and outbound prospecting environments
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills with confidence engaging senior stakeholders
- Ability to work independently with strong self-motivation, discipline, and resilience in a KPI-driven setting
- Strong attention to detail and proven CRM management experience (e.g., Pipedrive or similar tools)
- Familiarity with B2B sales processes and experience interacting with C-level executives is highly valued
