Accountabilities:
  • Architect and develop core infrastructure, including algorithms and execution frameworks that power automated, cross-chain transaction workflows
  • Lead high-level technical decisions, conduct in-depth code reviews, and maintain strong engineering standards across the system
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with product strategy and ecosystem developments
  • Optimize system performance to ensure low-latency, high-throughput operations across decentralized networks
  • Design and refine economic models, incentive mechanisms, and competition frameworks to sustain network participation
  • Remain actively involved in coding, prototyping, and solving complex technical challenges in real time
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with strong expertise in distributed systems, networking, or large-scale infrastructure
  • Solid understanding of blockchain technologies, smart contracts, or cryptoeconomic systems
  • Proficiency in TypeScript and Go (experience with Rust is a plus)
  • Proven experience leading or mentoring distributed engineering teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex technical and organizational challenges
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a high level of ownership
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation package ranging from $250K to $280K, including base salary, token allocation, and performance bonus
  • Fully remote position with flexibility across European time zones (CET ±4 hours preferred)
  • Permanent contract with long-term growth opportunities in a rapidly evolving field
  • Opportunity to work on innovative blockchain and AI-driven technologies
  • Collaborative and international work environment with a strong engineering culture
