  • Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying process enhancements, efficiency opportunities, and standardization practices
  • Contribute to training and development programs to strengthen technical capability within the equipment team
Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in industrial project management, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to lead both people and complex field operations. You are highly autonomous, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across technical and commercial environments.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or science-related field, or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of experience in industrial environments, including equipment installation and complex project management
  • Proven leadership experience, including mentoring teams and managing direct and indirect reports
  • Strong understanding of field operations, engineering coordination, and supplier management
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in fast-paced, customer-facing environments
  • Strong relationship-building skills with internal teams, customers, and external contractors
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to develop and track performance metrics
  • Experience learning and applying new technologies or technical systems in industrial settings
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Benefits:
  • Competitive salary with performance-based bonus opportunities (approx. $107,500 – $157,663 range, depending on experience and location)
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) retirement plan
  • Paid time off (approximately 15 days annually) plus company holidays
  • Professional development and continuous learning opportunities
  • Career growth within a global industrial organization
