  • Foster strong cross-functional collaboration between Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholders.
  • Engage with executives and stakeholders to ensure transparency, alignment, and clarity on product direction and progress.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in Supply Chain Management and related solutions (e.g., S&OP, DRP, VMI).
  • Proven experience using AI in product development processes and/or building AI-powered product features.
  • Solid experience leading Product teams in SaaS or B2B environments.
  • Demonstrated ability in product strategy definition, portfolio prioritization, and managing multiple parallel initiatives.
  • Strong capability to translate business goals into measurable product outcomes and roadmaps.
  • Experience with OKRs, product metrics, and governance frameworks.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on business value creation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level influence.
  • Nice to have: certifications in product management (e.g., TERA, PM3) or equivalent training, and experience in digital transformation or tech modernization.

Benefits:

  • Remote or hybrid work model, exclusive for candidates based in Brazil
  • Flexible working hours
  • Health insurance and dental plan (including dependents)

  • Transportation allowance or parking support (where applicable)
  • Flexible meal or food allowance
