Freelance UI/Web Specialist in Tremblay-en-France, Île-de-France at Jobgether

In this role, you will contribute to the design of high-impact, conversion-focused web experiences within a hybrid AI + human workflow. You will transform briefs, outlines, and draft content into polished, responsive, and visually consistent web layouts that align with brand standards. Working remotely on a flexible, project-based setup, you will focus on marketing pages, landing experiences, and digital assets designed to drive engagement and performance. You will collaborate with AI-assisted systems while applying your own creative judgment and design expertise. • Design high-converting landing pages, one-pagers, and marketing websites based on briefs, drafts, or textual inputs
• Translate brand assets into structured, responsive web layouts optimized for modern digital experiences
• Build scalable design components and layouts using Figma, ensuring consistency across all screens and formats
• Prepare production-ready design files, including asset export, structured Figma organization, and developer-ready specifications
• Ensure visual consistency across web pages, social media materials, and other digital touchpoints
• Apply layout quality standards, including responsiveness, spacing, readability, and alignment with current design trends
• Collaborate within a hybrid AI-assisted workflow, refining outputs into polished, production-ready deliverables

• Minimum 2 years of experience in web design, UI design, digital marketing design, or visual communication
• Degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, HCI, or related field is a plus
• Strong proficiency in Figma, including auto-layout, responsive design, and design systems
• Experience designing conversion-focused landing pages and marketing-driven web layouts
• Understanding of developer handoff processes, including asset preparation and technical specifications
• Ability to maintain cross-platform visual consistency across web, social, and presentation materials
• Strong sense of modern UI trends, spacing, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Upper-intermediate English level (B2 or higher)
• Self-directed, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote freelance setup
• Portfolio with relevant web/UI design work is required for consideration
