OnPoint Medical Group is committed to expanding access to high-quality healthcare in our surrounding communities, in the most effective and affordable manner possible.Position Summary: The HR Operations Generalist is a mid-level human resources professional responsible for supporting the full employee lifecycle for non-provider roles within a healthcare organization. This position focuses on non-provider recruiting and hiring, compensation administration, and employee relations, including investigations and dispute resolution. The role requires a strong understanding of compensation practices, including compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, and hands-on experience managing employee relations matters in a regulated healthcare environment. This position will work daily on hiring Medical Assistants, Patient Care Coordinators and other clinic staff, as well as corporate positions when needed. This position will also conduct new hire orientation for non-providers weekly.
This is an onsite position located in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. Relocation assistance not available. This position is required to drive between locations when needed. Key Responsibilities Non-Provider Recruiting & Hiring Manage full-cycle recruiting for non-provider, non-clinical roles, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer coordinationPartner with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and ensure hiring decisions align with organizational policies and compensation guidelinesCoordinate pre-employment processes and ensure completion of all required hiring documentation Compensation & Pay EquitySupport and administer compensation decisions for non-provider roles, including starting pay, internal equity reviews, and job changesApply a solid understanding of the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, including pay transparency, pay equity, and job posting requirementsConduct compensation analysis to ensure internal equity and market competitivenessMaintain accurate documentation of compensation decisions and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations Employee RelationsServe as a primary HR resource for non-provider employee relations matters, providing guidance to employees and managersConduct and support employee relations investigations, including complaints related to performance, conduct, workplace behavior, and policy violationsManage workplace disputes and conflict resolution, ensuring fair, consistent, and legally compliant outcomesDocument investigations and employee relations actions in accordance with organizational and legal standards HR Policies & ComplianceMaintain a working knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and regulatory requirements applicable to healthcare organizationsInterpret and apply policies consistently while balancing organizational needs and employee concernsSupport corrective action processes and partner with leadership to address performance or conduct issues Onboarding & HR Operations Support Support onboarding processes for non-provider hires, ensuring completion of required documentation and HR system entriesEducate new employees and managers on HR policies, workplace expectations, and employee relations processesAssist with general HR operations and special projects as assigned
Qualifications
RequiredBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Minimum of 3 years of progressive HR experience, including:Compensation administration and pay equity analysisEmployee relations experience, including investigations and dispute resolution At least 2 years of HR experience in a healthcare environmentDemonstrated knowledge of the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work ActExperience supporting non-provider healthcare employee populationsStrong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skillsDrivers license and personal vehicle to drive between locations when needed PreferredHR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP. HRM-C)Experience in multi-site or multi-state healthcare organizationsExperience with HRIS, ATS, and compensation systems Key CompetenciesCompensation and pay equity complianceEmployee relations investigations and conflict resolutionHealthcare employment law and policy interpretationProfessional judgment and confidentialityClear, effective communication with employees and leadersSupervisor Responsibilities: This position currently has no supervisory responsibilities but may in the future.
